Who does not enjoy french fries? They are a great temptation to anyone trying to lose weight. Baking french fries will make quite a difference when you are aiming to lose weight. Cut potatoes up into individual fries, add some oil, pepper and salt to them for taste, and them bake them in the oven for a half hour at approximately 400 degrees. Gently lift them so they don’t stick, flip them over and then continue baking for about 10 more minutes. These fries taste great and have less fat because they aren’t fried.
